VIPs will not be affected by slow, sub-only or followers only modes, they won’t be affected by rate limits and they can post links in chat.

• VIP badges will be given to anyone in the 9 club at NIGHTMARE or higher
• VIP badges will be given to highest SUB gifter
• VIP badges will be given to highest BIT gifter
• VIP badges will be given to highest TIPPER
• There are only 100 VIP badges to claim

note: VIP badge will only be handed out to individuals, not companies or groups.
